Hosted by “rodeo royalty,” Queen Jessica Locke, Teen Queen Brooke McElwee, and Princess Carcyn Robertson will be there to help you every step of the way. Get behind the scenes and become a part of the professional rodeo action! Sparkle and shine each night as you are introduced in the grand entry performance. Interact with the public as you visit rodeo hot-spots in Denton, Texas. Enjoy competition that is relaxed, rewarding and real. The North Texas State Fair and Rodeo Queen contest offers valuable experience and unlimited opportunities for building confidence.

The new title holders will have a great year promoting youth, agriculture, rodeo and community. In addition to custom Saddles and beautiful Trophy Buckles, Educational Scholarships and other prizes, the new Miss North Texas State Fair and Rodeo, Teen and Princess may also be eligible to compete in other State and National contests (ie. Miss Rodeo Texas, Miss Rodeo USA).

We believe that each girl who enters this pageant will benefit tremendously. 2010 offers $1750 Scholarship Awards, 3 Custom Trophy Saddles, custom Buckles & Much More.

The purpose of this pageant is to select Beautiful Talented Young Ladies to Represent The North Texas State Fair & Rodeo. These ladies will be the official Spokesperson by attending Rodeo’s, educational events and other pageants promoting the opportunities across the state of Texas.

The ladies will be judged in major categories of Horsemanship, Appearance, Speech and Ticket Sales. These ladies will demonstrate their knowledge of Rodeo, the North Texas State Fair, current events, and be an overall professional.

During her reign of North Texas State Fair & Rodeo, each title holder will be making appearances at Rodeo’s, educational functions, and community involvements across the area promoting the education of Rodeo, its opportunities, and sponsors of the North Texas State Fair.
